My back hurts

This is going to be a short post because I’m out of time, so I’ll just get to the point.  My back hurts.  But in a very specific area.  I think it’s one of the workouts that I’m doing.  I also think I remember reading somewhere that this specific strength training exercise is no longer recommended.  I’ll have to look into that.  I also need to get to googling about some good strength training circuits for an older model Bowflex.  ‘Cause that’s what I have.  And it’s pretty damned good… when I actually use it.  I’ve been using it a lot lately because I’m in a frenzy to overcome this weight loss plateau, and I know that training my bigger muscles will greatly increase the calories that I burn and training my smaller muscles will add definition and coordination.  I could use all three.

Anyway, I’ll switch things up.  If the pain continues after I’ve knocked off that practice, I’ll go see a doctor.  The back ain’t nothin’ to fuck with.
