Quick check in…

My problem of having limited time has subsided a little in my personal life but also shifted.  I now get up several hours earlier and really haven’t adjusted my sleep patterns.  My patterns are shitty enough – I’m a bit of an insomniac.  I don’t know if I’m overstating or low-balling my situation as it’s been years since I’ve had a sleep study and, really, those things aren’t the most comfortable anyway.
